Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Security Specialist to ensure the security and integrity of an Application in one of the governments Agency. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and overseeing security procedures and protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and performing risk assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Security Compliance: Ensure the system complies with security policies, regulations, and standards as outlined by the Board, including ISO/IEC certifications (27001, 27017, 27018).
• Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments to identify potential threats to the system, assess vulnerabilities, and propose mitigation measures​.
• Security Audits and Testing: Coordinate and conduct security audits, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessments for hardware, software, and network components​.
• Incident Handling: Manage security incidents, including detection, containment, recovery, and root cause analysis​.
• Security Documentation: Maintain and update security policies, procedures, and reports, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date​.
• Personnel Management: Conduct background checks on personnel and ensure they meet the security clearance requirements​.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certification in security standards such as ISO/IEC 27001, CISSP, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT security, risk management, or related fields.
• Experience in performing security assessments, audits, and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
• Familiarity with security frameworks like CIS, OWASP, and OSSTMM.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Desktop Support Engineer provides Break Fix, fault diagnosis and resolution.
• Providing fault analysis to customer’s various core operating systems and platforms, as well be able to provide support and apply desktop fault resolution for the approved application suite.

Position Responsibilities and Functions

• Provide first/second level contact and problem resolution for customer issues.

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure and Operations Manager to support Cloud Operations. This is a 12 months direct client contract with a potential to extend / convert into a permanent headcount.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Key member of IT Operations team that manages TMLS IT infrastructure and services, including end-user computing

2. Manage and govern IT Infrastructure services provided by outsourcing partners and managed service providers as assigned including contracts and billing matters

3. Manage or to be involved in Infra related projects and solutioning such as tech refresh, upgrades, migrations and building new IT Infrastructure capabilities
