Summary of the Job:
Ā· To increase Contract Management Services Group (CMSG) revenue
year on year
Ā· To foster profitable long-term relationships with customer.
Ā· A problem solver for clients to roll out RFQ and SO successfully
Job Responsibilities:
Ā· Responsible for researching and developing marketing opportunities
and planning and implementing new sales plans to increase CMSG
Sales revenue.
Ā· Seek new project opportunities with existing customers
Ā· Prepare & lead Company presentation and RFQ presentation on
Concept, Cost, Price
Ā· Manage customer expectations comprising Bill of materials changes
such as additional or removal of parts request, unclear specification,
quick turn rework, assessing ECN implementation, KPI measurements
and erractic changes to PO such as push-out, cancellation & pull-in.
Ā· Manage Customer Master Agreement for Management approval with
cross-functional input gathered
Ā· Lead & drive RFQ roll-up by NPI and coordinate with Customer Service
to release official RFQ
Ā· Oversee direct communications with Customers
Ā· Manage SO trigger and communication by initiating kick-off meeting
with internal and customer
Ā· Lead and drive for FA approval and final product costing after FA
approval
Ā· Support delivery and quality escalation
Ā· Manage material price up request from purchasing or/and production
or/and NPI to ensure margin is maintained.
Ā· Drive NPI, Purchasing, Manufaturing and Production on Cost
reduction based on selected basket of goods.
Ā· Achieve Management objectives and key performance indexes set
Ā· Perform additional duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Ā· More than 10 years experiences in Sales and Marketing
Ā· Degree/Diploma in Mechanical /Manufacturing Engineering field or
any professional qualification related to Sales and Business
developments
Ā· Preferably minumum more than 5 years in contract manufacturing
and 3 to 5 years in metal machining industry.
Ā· Ability to analyse and solve technical problems, make technical
proposals.
Ā· Strong leadership qualities with good communication, written and
interpersonal skills
Ā· Customer-focused and results-driven.
Ā· Able to work independently or with the team.
Ā· Able to operate in a fast-paced and changing market environment
Ā· Basic MS Office proficiency.
Ā· Able to accomplish sales-related reports and presentations
