Grow Project Business:

• Expand project business with dealers through direct specifications and leveraging dealers' connections.
• Actively manage the CRM Project Pipeline to ensure maximum market coverage, specifications, and win-rate.

Develop Strategic Relationships:

• Cultivate strategic relationships with Key Developers, Architects, and Interior Design Accounts to increase specifications and grow project business.
• Provide distributors/dealers with effective solutions and technical support to secure projects.

Form Alliances:

• Establish alliances with sanitary partners to tap into their network and develop competitive packages.

Market Intelligence:

• Keep abreast of general market trends, prices, and competitor activities to make informed decisions.

Network Building:

• Regularly visit dealers, developers, architects, designers, MEP consultants, plumbers, and contractors to maintain strong relationships and identify new sales opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

• Extensive experience in the sanitary and/or building material industry.
• A minimum of 10 years of dedicated involvement in the sanitary sector.
• Self-motivated and exceptionally driven.
• Proficient in engaging with higher management levels, including developers, architects, designers, MEP consultants, plumbers, and contractors.

• Plan and execute project work schedule to meet the project goals and datelines with different sector clients such as government, commercial and private.
• Prepare, update and present project work progression report in the meeting with the customer.
• Conduct system configuration setup, troubleshooting and commissioning for the ELV equipment such as CCTV system, door access card and intrusion detection system.
• Provide CCTV installation and design advise to the client during site survey.

• Negotiate the quotation with contractor before raising up the quotation for approval by management.

Requirements:
