Job Purpose:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Manager of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) to lead and oversee the strategic management and optimization of our HRIS platform. This role is responsible for ensuring that the system effectively supports HR operations and enhances the employee experience by streamlining HR processes, improving data accuracy, and providing actionable insights. Key Responsibilities:

HRIS Management & Optimization

System Implementation & Upgrades

· Coordinate with IT, external vendors to support deployment and maintenance of HRIS features.

· Manage system rollouts, including the creation and delivery of communication decks to ensure proper stakeholder engagement and understanding.

User Support & Training

· Provide HR staff and end-users with training and support on HRIS system functionalities, including self-service portals, reporting tools, and new features.

· Primary point of contact for system-related issues, troubleshooting, and user inquiries.

Compliance & Security

· Ensure that HRIS practices and processes comply with legal, regulatory, and organizational data security standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PDPA etc.).

· Monitor and manage access controls, permissions, and security settings to safeguard sensitive employee data.

Project Management

· Manage and prioritize multiple HRIS-related projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in line with organizational goals.

· Act as the project manager for HRIS system upgrades, new feature implementations, and cross-functional initiatives.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

· Work closely with HR leadership to ensure HRIS capabilities align with the department’s strategic goals and evolving needs.

· Stay up to date with HRIS trends, tools, and technologies, and propose solutions to optimize HR operations and employee experience.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.

· Minimum of 8 years of experience working with HRIS systems, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.

· Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (Workday / SAP SuccessFactors / Oracle / PeopleSoft).

· Must have system migration and/or implementation experience.

· Strong understanding of HR functions, including payroll, benefits administration, recruiting, performance management, and talent development.

The APAC Transportation Manager has direct accountability for APAC transportation management (inbound flows, Intercompany flows between plants and outbound to our customers) for South East Asia Oceania (SEAO) and South Asia (SA). The Team Manager (HQ) is pivotal in ensuring the strata-titled property's smooth operation and financial health. This role demands proactive leadership in managing daily operations, strategic planning, and delivering business results that enhance property value and owner satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

· Leadership and Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing property management team, setting clear objectives that align with business goals. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficiency.

· Operations Management: Ensure operational excellence across all aspects of property management, including maintenance, security, and vendor contracts. Drive initiatives that enhance property functionality and resident satisfaction.

· Financial Management and Business Results: Develop and rigorously manage the property’s budget, optimising costs, and maximising financial performance. Deliver financial targets, report on financial outcomes, and adjust strategies to meet financial goals.

· Stakeholders Relations: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, enhancing community engagement and addressing issues that impact satisfaction and retention. Ensure high service standards are maintained, directly influencing stakeholders' reviews and reputation management.

· Meeting Coordination: Organize and facilitate the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and monthly council meetings. Prepare agendas, reports, and minutes for meetings, ensuring timely distribution and follow-up on action items.

Specific Job Requirements

· Lead a Property Management Team in HQ, managing multiple projects.

· Responsible to the Sub-Division Head for the business results of the team.

· Undertake continued development of the team in accordance with the approved business success plan.

· Source business for the company/division generally by client contact, networking with other departments, and general promotion of XC services.

· Undertake training and development of the people within the Team and promote an ongoing career path.

· Provide leadership, managerial direction and personal encouragement to all employees within the Team, including guidance on all property management procedures.

· Liaise with existing building owners on property management performance, including the use of tenant and client surveys.

Required Qualifications

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.

· Certification: Relevant certifications from institutions like SISV, BCA, or equivalent.

· Experience: Experience in property management, particularly in strata-living contexts. Minimum six (6) – eight (8) years of experience with demonstrable success in a leadership role.

Computer Literacy: Proficiency in property management software and office productivity tools.
