NTT DATA SERVICES SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Product manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the audio-visual elements of our events, ensuring seamless execution and a high-quality experience for our clients and attendees.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the procurement, set-up, and operation of all AV equipment and technologies
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery and installation of AV components
• MS Teams (Teams Live Event, Teams Townhall, Team Webinar, Viva Engage)
• NDI (Network Device Interface), RTMP, virtual cameras
• Hardware: capture cards, mics, audio mixers, video mixers: Magewell, Blackmagic ATEM, Roland, etc.
• Software: Wirecast, vMix, OBS,
• PTZ and VCs: Panasonic, Aver, Cisco, Crestron, etc.
• PTZ controllers (if we aim for resource that will be traveling for events support and we get right studio kit)
• Adobe Premiere (added value)

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in event management, with a strong focus on AV coordination and execution
• Demonstrated expertise in the setup and operation of a wide range of AV equipment, including audio systems, visual displays, and lighting
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to address any technical challenges that may arise
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and the internal event team
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results

• Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
• Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space
• Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
• Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
• Manage schedules and deadlines
• Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
• Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
• Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g electricians)
• Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
• Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
• Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments

• Manage commercial and contractual activities within the project efficiently and effectively
• Providing feedback from the field related to competition, distribution channels, suppliers and products.
• Position self as a resource and leader for the overall development of the organization
• Responsible for project planning, resource allocation, budget, steering committee leadership and project team organizational structure management
• Identify areas of risk and methods of mitigation for projects.
• Assist in managing contractual and commercial disputes
• Participates in project budget reviews and provide advice when required.
• Prepare and monitor project cost budget, cash-flow cash-flow for project, track changes in design/construction work, variations and adjust budget projections accordingly
• Perform contracts administration including quotation, cost accounting, tenders and contract documentation
• Provide advice and information to projects on contractual and commercial matters
• Perform all duties in accordance with CCCC polices, processes, systems, reporting and procedures.

Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualifications and minimum of ten years of experience in contracts management
• Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and methodical approach to work

• Ability to analyze contractual and legal issues and provide solutions using appropriate problem-solving techniques
• Proficient and competent in MS Office applications, particularly in Excel.

• Stay abreast of financial market trends, economic indicators, and industry developments.

• Monitor and analyze industries and markets to source for suitable investment opportunities and timely provide expert advice on investment recommendations and articulate investment thesis, risks, and payoff for each recommendation， especially Hong Kong and US market.

• Handle global company and sector research to contribute to the decision to stock selection and portfolio construction.

• Provide opinions on the outlook for equities pertaining to existing and potential investment portfolios which includes providing key and pertinent market drivers from top-down and bottom-up perspectives.

• Produce detailed analysis reports for each stock or fixed income covered and regularly update their recommendations for internal use.

• Provide weekly analysis summaries for high-conviction stock for all sectors.

• Pro-actively contribute to the investment process to both reduce transaction costs and identify alpha opportunities. Gather and disseminate market, sector, and product information to provide actionable investment ideas and implementation strategies.

• Any relevant ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Degree in business/economics, finance or accounting or related professional qualification, with relevant years of experience from financial/ investment/assets management industry.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in investment analysis, investment management, risk management involving Hong Kong and US markets is required.

• Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of macroeconomic factors.

• Excellent knowledge in global company and sector analysis and proficiency in formulating and executing investment strategies.

• Independent and critical thinker with exceptional analytical ability

• Strong communication skills (oral and written) in Mandarin and English (to liaise with Chinese-speaking boss)

• Support finance and accounts when needed.

- Working location: 1 min walking distance from MRT Maxwell
- Working days: 5 - 6 days/ week. Every Monday and one Sunday off every month.
