About the job
Your main responsibility is to set up and grow a profitable and sustainable Business Unit, over which you will have full
operational and strategic control.
You will be operating across four main areas daily:
Business and Strategy
• Coordinating your Business Unit
• Defining your Business Unit development strategy & monitoring its KPIs
• Diversifying the implementation of existing and new services
• Drafting a structured technical and financial business proposal and negotiating fees
• Planning, preparing and leading meetings with prospective clients
• Preparing and leading qualification meetings between clients and consultants in your Business Unit
• Planning regular project reviews and follow-up meetings, and ensuring project reports are delivered timely
Managing client relationships
• Monitoring client activities to anticipate
needs and win new projects
• Strengthening existing client partnerships
and developing new ones
Managing legal and contractual aspectswhen opening new client accounts
• Maintaining an outstanding relationshipwith Key Accounts
Financial management (‘profit center’)
• You will be responsible for your BusinessUnit P&L
• Providing advanced P&L analysis,identifying any issues and building anaction plan to optimise turnover andcontributive margin
• Managing invoicing
HR & Management
• Leading a team of managers andorganising weekly meetings
• Monitoring the career development ofeach member of your team
• Coordinating and taking an active part inthe recruitment of managers andconsultants
• Finding creative and adaptive solutionsfor consultants in between projects
• Improving current processes andsuggesting new initiatives
• Participating actively in theimplementation of Amaris ‘CompetencesCenters’
About you
We are looking for senior professionalswith an entrepreneurial spirit, who want topush themselves beyond their limits. Weneed highly ambitious self-starters seekingnew challenges:
• Bachelor’s degree above in Business,Engineering, or related majors
• Experience in Life Sciences and IT Sector
• Experience in E2E business managementlifecycle
• Interested in working in a demandingenvironment where excellence is the maindriver
• You have 2 to 5 years’ experience in Consulting Industry
You are good at managing andmaintaining relationship with internationalclients
• You have international experienceworking with European clients
• You have strong knowledge and passionin providing technology solutions
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit, keen senseof communication, strength of conviction,leadership, and ability to identify talentand to develop skills to adapt to the localeconomy
• Excellent written and spoken English,French is a strong plus
