IT Technical Specialist

Responsibilities

• Deliver presentations to customers, highlighting the advantages of the Company's Electronic Shipping Solutions. Alternatively, collaborate with the commercial team to jointly present and showcase these benefits.
• Guide customers through the initial phases of implementing the Company's Electronic Shipping Solutions, ensuring a comprehensive understanding and proper execution.
• Assist customers in resolving queries and issues related to the Company's Electronic Shipping Solutions.
• Provide technical escalation support for any issues related to the Company'sElectronic Shipping Solutions.
• Ensure that the configuration and upkeep of the Company's Electronic Shipping Solutions adhere to IT policies, encompassing version control and label format.
• Act as a backup resource for the Customer Facing IT Helpdesk whenever need arises to offer assistance to address customers' the Company's Electronic Shipping Solutions queries and problems.

Responsibilities:

• Day to day operation of managing, administration of all cisco switches and Clearpass on customer site.

• Support operations such as production networks in a hyper-scale and heterogeneous environment.

• Perform deep dives on complex technical issues across networks, ranging from automated tooling to hardware failures and network issues.

• Anticipate potential operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate/minimize.

• Participate and improve escalation and emergency response with detailed postmortem while addressing issues systematically to prevent future occurrences.

Job Description
