System Analyst (Hospital IT Operations Management)

Clinical Systems – Hospital IT Operations Management

We are looking for suitable candidates with experience in Hospital IT operations roles for our client in the healthcare domain, to support their Clinical Informatics System and Hospital IT Operation management services.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business stakeholders to identify a roadmap of technology solutions and enhancements
• Work closely with the Reporting Officer in the approval, acquisition, and implementation of IT projects
• Resolve project issues, working with vendors and key stakeholders as required, to ensure the successful implementation of IT projects
• Oversee the planning, directing, supervising, monitoring, and coordinating of vendor and department operations, including assigning work activities, and projects, evaluating work processes and procedures, and preparing correspondences e.g. general and special reports
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize, design, develop, and implement IT application features and enhancements, ensuring that system capabilities and process requirements are aligned
• Ensure that the in-scope IT systems are performing optimally, meeting SLAs and requirements of user stakeholders.
• Ensure optimum resource allocation and utilization, and financial effectiveness for IT activities.

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT or Engineering from a recognized/accredited institution
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in leading medium to large-scale IT application projects
• Minimum 2 years experience working in a hospital setting preferred
• Possess ITIL & PMP certification will be a plus
• Experience in the healthcare environment and hospital operations

Job Description:

· Collaborate with functional consultants to develop add-on solutions for customers.

· Develop programs in Dynamics NAV and Dynamics 365 Business Central (on- premise or online).

· Participate in business requirement study.

· Develop Power BI Report and Dashboard.

· Develop Apps for Business Central using Power App.

· Manage & review team of outsource employees’ projects.

Requirements:

· Skill in NAV C/AL, Business Central AL, JSON, .Net programming.

· Business Central Reports design.

· Webservices & API programming.

· Minimum a Diploma / Degree in IT.

· Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.

· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively.

Reporting to the CEO, your role involves:

• Ensuring the overall stability and scalability of company products.This includes Overseeing the development and implementation of scalable, secure, and robust technology solutions.
• Partnering with the business stakeholders ( e.g. sales & marketing and product team) to communicate capability roadmaps and delivery strategy for business technology and solutions. This includes driving IT digitalization initiatives, exploiting new and emerging technologies technology and translate them into viable IT Digital implementation to increase revenue and productivity for internal business stakeholders and external customers.
• Being the strategic interface between the internal business departments (Commercial, finance and etc) and IT to delivery strategy for business technology and solutions
• Ensuring the business growth plan is supported by latest technologies and adequate resources. This includes managing budget/resources, ensuring that appropriate resources are assigned to key project initiatives.
• Follow up after post project implementation, evaluating the impact of the IT digital initiatives to track business benefits

Skills and experience required

As a successful applicant, you will have at least 8 years of experience in full stack software development. At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role such as Software Engineering Manager / CTO / VP of engineering or equivalent.

Candidates who has championed or initiated IT projects that focus in business change/transformation will be required for this role.
