• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in software sales, preferably in HR software.
• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and successfully closing deals
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to demonstrate technical software solutions to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, growing environment and wear multiple hats.
• Knowledge of payroll processes and HR operations.
• Familiarity with sales strategies in early-stage companies.
• Experienced in selling HR software (payroll, attendance, benefits, employee management systems) an added advantage.

• Logging customer interactions and creating support tickets for tracking purposes.
• Escalating unresolved issues or complex problems to higher-level support tiers (e.g., L2 or L3 support) when necessary.
• Effectively research, collect, organise, and disseminate information in a timely fashion.

Job Description

1. On-site technical support including the setting up of computer hardware systems, installing and upgrading software, troubleshooting and resolving IT issues, coordination with third party vendors for issue resolution, etc. as per agreed Service Levels.

2. Ensure 100% compliance to within Service Level Agreement objectives (SLA)

3. Accountable for satisfactory resolution with CSAT score >90% for fast and effective support.

Job Requirements

1. Working with end users to find out the nature of the problem.

2. Troubleshooting hardware, software or application issues.

3. Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals.

4. Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software.

5. Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.

6. Resolving problems and performing IMACs (installs, moves, adds and change) and completing all related administrative duties.
