A strategic and experienced Director of IT to lead hotel technology initiatives and manage IT operations. To have a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, systems management, and technology trends, as well as the ability to align technology with organizational goals. Primary Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives. Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to enhance business performance.

Other Responsibilities

• Evaluate, recommend, plan and implement IT Capital and Operational related projects for the Hotel including expenditure planning.
• Lead the overall IT Department and Business units in all aspects.
• Oversee all guest-facing technologies in the hotel and ensure reliable product performance, innovative service offerings, and deliver personalized and efficient support for the same.

Control Risks is working with a global household-name company to identify and embed a Physical Security Specialist who will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the client's security operations in South East Asia.
