The Sales Support cum Renewal Specialist plays a pivotal role in providing comprehensive assistance to the sales team while focusing on customer renewals. RESPONSIBILITIES:

1). Sales Support:

1. Collaborate with field sales representatives to facilitate the sales process, including lead generation, qualification, and follow-up.
2. Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to support sales efforts.
3. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.

2). Renewal Management:

4. Address client concerns and objections to renewal through effective communication and problem-solving.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum A Level/Diploma and above.

• Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or inside sales roles.
