Responsibilities
Participates in the recruitment, selection, and training of staff
Supervise and schedule food and beverage staff
Ensure customer satisfaction
Resolve customer complaints, as well as internal conflict amongst staff
Order and maintain inventory control costs
Oversee food service, and act as an expeditor, when necessary, to ensure the timely movement of completed food orders from kitchen to customer table

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Completion of a food service administration, hotel or restaurant management course is an asset
Excellent sales skills,customer service skills
Good communication skills and Leadership skills
Proven human resource management skills such as training, motivation,
Excellent organizational skills
Must be of legal drinking age if working in a licensed facility
Knowledge of the products, services, sector, industry and local area, relevant legislation and regulations

• Overall 10+ years of experience in IT End User Support domain.
• Previous experience of Team Lead / Tech Lead position for at least 5 Years.
• Deep understanding of End User Computing environment including Networking and Security.
• Critical thinking ability and solution minded.
• Provide technical and thoughtful leadership to End User On-Site Support team.
• Manage daily activity of On-Site Support Team to ensure the smooth functioning of IT Support operation.
• Provide mentoring, assistance and feedback to the team on all technical matters and team deliverables.
• Monitor and evaluate IT staff progress, assist with training, set goals, and ensure overall user satisfaction.
• Participate in discussions with customers to crystallize business requirements and change requests.
• Proven verbal and written professional communication in English.

Job Scope

• User Acess Provisioning, Amendment and Removal
• Grant / Revoke user access rights
• Process the account request form raised by the requestor.
• Ensure all information are Correct and approval from Head of Division (HOD) are sought.
• Seek Approval from system owner.
• Implement the approved request
• Verify the completion of the request.
• Inform requestor and file the evidence
• Upon completion of the request
• Trigger and coordinate the access review.
• Request or retrieve list of access request from Systems and monthly leaver list from FM.
• Perform first level check for unnecessary account (e.g., Inactivity > 90 days, staff left organisation etc).
• Send reminder to staff to access system if inactive >60 days.
• Send the request to division for review.
• Ensure the return result with HOD approval.
• File the evidence to central repository upon completion of review.
• Follow-up based on the request result, e.g. send request to division to submit account request form if new account is required for staff.
• Ensure all approved request are implemented as per the SOP and within the stipulated timeline

Requirement

-Some experience in implementing UAM requests

- Related certificates in IT

-Meticulous in checking through the request forms

-Comfortable to liaise via email or calls and guide the requestors on the right process

-Comfortable and some knowledge with excel and Vlookup

1 year contract renewable based on performance

Office: Kaki Bukit 5 days work week 830-6pm

• Minimum 2 years’ experience with Desktop support.
• Experience in assemble and de-assemble Desktop and Laptop computer hardware.
• Troubleshoot desktop and laptop hardware.
• Clear understanding and hands-on experience of Microsoft windows client operating system installation, update, upgrade and migration.
• Experience of various application installation and basic troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience on one or more Antivirus application support.
• Basic understanding of networking, hands on network cable crimping and basic troubleshooting.
• Printer troubleshooting, toner replacement.
• Incident and Change Request support to users.
• Fieldwork support.
• Working experience in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experienced to communicate and manage vendor support.
• Focal point to manage and arrange pre-requisites for vendor support, escort and facilitate vendor support as per need.
• Willing to extend standard working hours whenever applicable to ensure IT services are up and running.
• Professional verbal and written communication in English (and other local languages preferred).
