• Connect with FSE and identify systems that require multiple spare parts or critical spares in customer’s process, promote the client’s Spare Parts Advisory Service.
• Connect with relevant teams to ensure spare parts for custom systems are identified and queries from customer are addressed (feedback shared)
• Provide all relevant information (items numbers for service and spare parts, and documentation) when contacted by Sales reps.
• Create and Track Unite Tickets, and Cases with Kits Spares for spare parts not set up in the CRM (Salesforce)

The Insurance Specialist (IS) - C11 is a developing professional role. Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems.
