Job Description:

1. Ensure the timely and accurate listing of new products, as well as the on-going refinements and updates to listing descriptions, images and pricing. This workstream shall span across the company’s various e-commerce platforms including the company’s own website (Shopify), and other 3rd party platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Amazon and TikTok Shop).
2. Collaborate with the various departments and teams in the company to create and implement brand-consistent and appealing online promotional materials for e-commerce platforms, e.g. banners, photo collages, infographics and short-form videos.
3. Maintain a strategic overview of key operational policies imposed by the 3rd party e-commerce platforms and ensure that these are carefully reviewed and integrated into the company’s existing SOPs and workflow. These pertain to key operational aspects such as shipping rates/deadlines, returns and refunds, listing violations, order cancellations, and customer service recoveries.
4. Coordinate with the Customer Service team to ensure that customer service interventions for the platforms, e.g. redeliveries of missing items, collecting back defective orders from customers, are constantly reviewed against the platforms’ policies and protocols.
5. Maintain a strategic overview of the various campaigns and promotional mechanics available on 3rd party e-commerce platforms, and to develop and execute impactful campaigns and promotions that will yield long-term improvements for our e-commerce platforms.
6. Work effectively with the assigned account managers from 3rd party e-commerce platforms to increase sales through the monthly campaign cycles, and also to ensure the company’s long-term interests and strategic considerations are safeguarded.
7. Develop and review SOPs and workflows for the company’s operations and selling activities on the 3rd-party e-commerce platforms.
8. Contribute (as the domain expert on e-commerce) to the company’s continuous improvements efforts to streamline costs and optimize results for our e-commerce operations.
9. • Proficient in using industry-standard tools like Metasploit and Cobalt Strike to identify and exploit vulnerabilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Description
• Lead and manage in-house payroll process full cycle for all entities.
• Responsible for accurate and timely payroll computation and processing.
• Verify timesheets and process overtime calculations
• Handle tax clearance, monthly CPF submission, annual income tax filing and the submission of government paid-leave claims, NS claims, etc.
• Attend to staff queries on payroll related matters.
• Manage the annual manpower budget exercise, HR audit and prepare Group reporting.
• Process monthly staffs payroll and claims, calculate overtime and attendance checks for employees
• Prepare monthly manpower costing, staff movement report, variance report, payroll report and perform cost analysis for review.
• Submit statutory report and survey to the authorities.
• Review and streamline Payroll processes.
• Manage ad-hoc HR related tasks, projects, system integration/migration, etc.
• Support in statistical reporting (employee demographics and employee turnover) and manage external agencies
• Ensure HR & C&B documents and processes that are accessible by employees are updated and correct (e.g., employee handbook, insurance handbook and any other benefits related claim or application processes etc.)
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local employment regulations
• Ensure data integrity in HRIS and manage personnel records maintenance
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
• Min diploma in biz admin or equivalent
• At least 3 years of working experience in Payroll with lead role.
• Experience in handling high volume of payroll for multiple entities with more than 300 headcount.
• Good payroll knowledge and well-versed in the Employment Act and HR practices.
• Independent and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Meticulous, fast learner and well organized.
• Excellent multi-tasking skills to meet tight payroll deadlines for the Group.
