As a Process Development Specialist in the downstream sector of the pharmaceutical industry, you will contribute to the development and optimization of purification processes for pharmaceutical products. Working under the guidance of senior team members, you will be involved in experimental design, data analysis, and technology transfer activities. This role requires a strong foundation in scientific principles, a keen interest in downstream processes, and the ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct experiments to develop and optimize downstream processes.
• Conduct various analytical testing to support modeling studies, process continuous improvement, process optimization, troubleshooting, investigation, and new product introduction.
• Perform data analysis based on the analytical result and communicate effectively to the cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the successful transfer of downstream processes from development to manufacturing.
• Compile and analyze process data using tools such as excel, minitab, JMP
• Provide internal and external support for method transfer activities and analytical support for manufacturing small-scale modeling studies.
• Provide support as required in any process characterization studies to understand the critical process parameters and their impact on product quality.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of experiments, processes, and results in accordance with GDP, GMP and GLP standards.
• Adhere to cGMP and GLP principles and assist in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Review documents as part of the activities’ requirements

About You:

• Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in a scientific or engineering discipline (Biochemistry, Biology, or related field) with 2 years of relevant experience
• Take ownership to drive the progress of the deliverables
• Understanding of GDP, cGMP and GLP.
• Preferably with experience in Biopharma downstream manufacturing and analytical testing

• Provide face-to-face or remote customer support across all end user IT services
• Apply technical knowledge to support end users for corporate desktop, laptop, mobile devices as well as network services, email services, etc.
• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows Operating Systems and applications such as Microsoft Office or any other authorized desktop applications.
• Troubleshoot and perform hardware break-fix on computers, or follow up warranty process accordingly
• Deliver and maintain excellent customer service, ensuring all customers are responded to and problems are addressed in a timely, efficient and professional manner.
• Provide ideas and solutions to prevent problems and incidents from reoccurring that impact client computing support and overall employee productivity.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in IT, Computer Engineering or equivalent
• 1 to 2 years' experience in IT Desktop support
• Good support knowledge in MS Windows OS and Office Suite products
• Basic knowledge in IT Infrastructure (Network topologies, VPN, Server etc.) enough to isolate end user problems

The DevOps Engineer is responsible in writing CI/CD pipelines for different types of deployments across different types of platforms.

This role will be responsible and accountable to deliver all technical implementations in-line with DevOps objectives.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for maintaining the DevOps Toolset with enterprise standard, supporting DevOps CI/CD platform and rolling out DevOps pipeline across business units as a centralized solution.

The successful candidate will be a technically savvy, dynamic leader, excellent communicator, have demonstrable technical hand-on supporting CI/CD toolset coupled with excellent infrastructure knowledge and automation expertise.

As part of a cross-functional product development group, you should be comfortable with working as part of highly talented teams ensuring that modern technology and process are utilised as part of the role.

• Developing and maintaining the entire DevOps pipelines.

• Prior experience is customizing JIRA and Setting up confluence spaces
