Objectives of this Role

We seek Freelance/ Part Time / Intern staff for our client a major Investment Bank in Singapore.

Students with an IT background will also be considered.

Candidates should be available to work 2-3 days per week (weekdays) and should be a Singapore PR or Singaporean.

You will be part of the Internal Audit Office responsible for the provision of independent, objective assurance and consulting services designed to add value and improve operations of the University. You will assist the Team Lead to enhance the employment and employability of workers through the following:

• Coach jobseekers to achieve their goals, e.g. to be placed in jobs, and help jobseekers to be job ready.
• Work with both internal and external partners to ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the career centre.
• Plan and implement outreach initiatives to promote e2i’s career services for individuals.
• Draft case notes, analyse and recommend strategies for jobseekers to be able to be placed in a job, this may include sharing training courses and sharing best practices on resume writing, interview skills and so on to achieve placement targets.

Reporting to Customer Care Team Lead & Sales Support, this position will serve as the primary liaison between customers and Company to handle telephone and internet inquiries, receive purchase orders and correspondences related to sales orders and verify inventory for product availability including arrangement of shipment. The candidate will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with current and potential domestic and international customer accounts to maximize sales of Company’s products.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and support specific assigned customer accounts and provide support for internal and external customers
• Act as primary contact to handle telephone and internet inquiries as well as to receive all correspondences related to sales orders and verify pricing and availability of products
• Handle sales orders and sales invoice billing including processing orders into MRP system and updating customers on shipment quantity and confirmed shipment dates
