• Manage cloud and on-premises systems, including system security, monitoring tools, Google Workspace, websites, office automation systems, and databases. This involves daily operations, provisioning, and support.
• Provide Level 2 technical support, resolving issues through both on-site and remote troubleshooting methods.
• Manage vendors to ensure good quality service delivery on time and issues are resolved with agreed SLA
• Act as the primary point of contact for all matters related to systems and databases, including solution development.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems, including diagrams, technology stacks, contracts, subscriptions, and licenses.
• Collaborate with external contractors to ensure seamless delivery of systems and services.
• Conduct regular cybersecurity assessments to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the security and integrity of all systems and data.
• Investigate and respond to cyber incidents in a timely and effective manner, following the incident response procedure
• Collaborate with other Group entities within the Cybersecurity team to enhance the overall security posture of the organization and group

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT.
• Certifications in MCSE or MCSA, with additional certifications in Google and Azure administration or similar.
• Proficiency in configuring and managing on-premises servers, storage, databases, and AWS resources.
• Skilled in configuring and managing document management and workflow systems.
• Proven ability in designing, implementing, and maintaining data backup and recovery systems.
• Knowledge or experience in network administration and Cyber security is preferred.

Job Description

The NDT manager will be responsible for all aspects of the site NDT, and with the additional responsibilities of managing the Shipping and Receiving Department, reporting to the General Manager. The position is responsible for the supervision of NDT and Shipping and Receiving personnel, as well as all NDT functions on-site, as well as all projects associated with NDT and its requirements. This individual will have full technical responsibility for interpreting, planning, organizing, executing, coordinating, and tracking progress of assignments. The position will plan, and direct NDT projects concerned with unique and diverse problems which have an important effect on major programs or products within the company. They will maintain liaison with individuals and units within or outside the organization and have responsibility for acting independently on technical matters pertaining to their field. This is a full time NDT Manager position.

The University aims to replace current systems with a modern Student Management System (SMS) that enables a seamless, engaging, and empowering student experience. The new system will comprise multiple Commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) cloud-based solutions, leveraging the rich functionalities of best practices in higher education and aligning with technological advances such as cloud computing, AI-driven capabilities, and mobile readiness.
