Job Summary

Reporting to the Director of Protective Intelligence, the Physical Risk Detection Specialist will develop scripts and leverage custom tools to gather, analyze, and author actionable intelligence from internal, dark web, proprietary, and open sources to identify, disrupt, and prevent harm that might impact our colleague and executives’ ability to safely conduct business globally. I. Job Purpose

The Senior IT Executive is responsible for managing and supporting IT operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of IT systems, and fostering effective communication between business users, IT teams, and external vendors. The role includes incident management, request fulfilment, first-level IT security support, and system troubleshooting. IT Operations (85%)

Manage incident and request tickets raised by business users and ensure timely resolution.

Proficiency in MS SQL and MS Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365 BC).

Experience with cybersecurity incidents, application recovery, data deletion concepts, data retention policies, and deployment processes (SIT, UAT).

Job Responsibilities

• Perform animal husbandry and complete underwater tasks for assigned animals to the highest standard
• Prepare and deliver daily diets and nutritional requirements to animals under care
• Assist in animal medical procedures and transfer of animals between locations
• Maintain cleanliness of exhibits
• Perform general maintenance of aquariums and exhibits, repair tools and equipment

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marine Science, Aquaculture, Biological or Life Sciences
• Scuba diving certification of Open Water Dive and above preferred.
• Candidates with no scuba diving certification may also apply. Training and certification will be provided.

JOB SUMMARY

Manage Service Parts and Accessories order and supply within and outside Asia Pacific regions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Order management: to ensure smooth order receiving and processing
• Supply Operation such as Handle enquiries from Distributors
• Liaise with forwarders and suppliers on shipments arrangement
• Handling of shipment documentation, e.g Invoice, Packing list, Bill of Lading etc to ensure smooth custom & clearance by importers
• Handling of warranty claims, short mispacking report and logistics quality problem report
• Handles SAP Payment of supplier and buyer invoices
• Prepare monthly report to report on KPI results

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Marketing/Economics/Finance/Business
• 1 - 2 years of working experience in similar job scope
• Effective verbal and written communication skill
• Strong analytical thinking and negotiation skills
• Self -Starter, well -organized & have a flair for numbers
• Eager & fast to learn, open minded for feedback and improvement
• Highly competent with MS Office (Power Point, especially Excel, Access)
• Power BI will be an added advantage
• A team player with strong sense of responsibility, able to work independently, mature, self-discipline with good time management
• Willing to travel to Asia as and when required by business
