· The role will mainly manage KRIs and tech debt amongst other risk tasks

· Risk Identification: Identify and define Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) relevant to the organizations objectives and risk appetite

· Data Collection and Analysis: Collect and analyze data to determine the current status of key risk indicators, ensuring accuracy and relevance

· Monitoring and Reporting: Continuously monitor KRIs and provide regular reports to management, highlighting emerging risks and trends

· Risk Assessment: Assess the significance of deviations from established risk thresholds and escalate issues as necessary

· Communication: Effectively communicate risk insights to stakeholders, including executives and department heads

· Risk Mitigation Strategies: Collaborate with risk owners to develop and implement strategies for mitigating identified risks

· Policy Development: Contribute to the development and enhancement of risk management policies and procedures

· Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about relevant regulations and ensure that the organizations risk management practices align with legal requirements.

Primary role purpose:

To deliver the day-to-day administrative, commercial, and operational support needed to win, grow, and maintain business to the direct and indirect business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build sustainable relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Assist customers with questions related to pricing, equipment, and subscriptions
• Create and manage customer orders for approval and shipping of equipment
• Manages customer subscriptions and Value-Added Services (VAS) orders within our tooling 
• Create new customers accounts as part of the onboarding process
• Maintain Customer Master Data (CMD) across are different systems including ServiceNow, Salesforce and CMD
• Uphold and follow all governance and compliance processes though the order handling and customer life cycle
• Build sustainable relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders

Primary Responsibilities:

The Director of IT is responsible for the following task but not limited to the below:

• Oversee hotel IT Services team from managerial aspects and provide guidance to ensure all technology based questions can be answered promptly.
• Manage the day to day operations and scheduling of IT colleagues.
• Ensure that the team consistently provides a high level of operational stability for property based technology, and high levels of service and support to colleagues and guests
• Maintain and promote core technology standards and maintain Accor best practices in respect to property systems.
• Ensure that Accor Technology Policies and Procedures are carried out, according to The Finance & Accounting Policy Manual and as outlined in the Systems Manager user Guide.
• Provide technical expertise and project management for all technology projects.
• Provide twenty-four hour support for mission critical systems as documented in the service escalation document.
• Attend operational meetings as required.
• Effectively communicates technology related plans, actions and decisions with the hotel team.
• Contribute to Technology Services knowledge base.
• Implement and maintain backup and emergency procedures to ensure integrity of programs and data at all times.
• Be fiscally responsible by adhering to set budgetary guidelines.
• Provide point of escalation support to Accor team.
• Assist and support the hotel’s strategic plan implementation.
