Job Responsibilities:

• Management and support of daily End Users IT requests/issues on business application and Workflow systems;

• Good web programming skills such as Javascipt, HTML5, CSS3, JQuery, Bootstrap, Rest, JSON and XML;
• Have deep knowledge in Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) such as MS SQL and SQL;
• Possess strong business process and analytical skills with the ability to assimilate information quickly, and able to communicate requirements and issues clearly and concisely;
• Experience in the implementation and support of business application systems utilizing technologies in the areas of Microsoft solutions;
• Knowledge and experience on Automotive Industry business process and application systems;
• ITIL, Microsoft MCDBA, Salesforce and PMP certificate holders are preferred;
