The Lee Kong Chian Natural History Museum (LKCNHM) was established in 2015, but its collection of natural history specimens spans more than two centuries, and continues to increase. Apart from physical specimens, it manages a growing collection of digital resources including images, publications, and other types of digital records which are necessary for research and education. We are seeking a dynamic and suitably qualified individual to lead in, suggest solutions and implement systems/strategies to manage this growing digital footprint and to work with LKCNHM subject specialists to curate and archive the large amount of scientific and other data, and information generated through research on biodiversity in Southeast Asia. The individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring that scientific data and information is managed in such a way that allows easy and smooth access to users, thus supporting the advancement of research and education.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following -

1) Scope and develop a platform to serve as a biodiversity information gateway for Singapore biodiversity information.
2) Assist with all museum-wide aspects of information and data relating to the collections: organizing information, storage, preservation and use of data on the collections
3) Relate and link various databases and other digital resources that come under LKCNHM to be accessible through the biodiversity information gateway.

Your Profile

•Very good coordination and discipline in managing multiple accounts
•Exceptional work ethic, the ability to work independently, Self-motivated, Driven and a strong desire to succeed
•Strong Digital, analytical and communication skills
•Light travelling may be needed

Job Objectives

To support AML L3 support for Singapore and Regional entities

Key Responsibilities

· Participate in end-to-end projects for system implementation specific to L3 support KYC Dectica system

· Engage and collaborate with Architects, Security and Development Lead to ensure solution design complies with enterprise design principles, security, and control standards

· Coordinate with Technical Delivery Manager to plan technical deliverables and schedule, perform environment setup, involve in solution design and development works to meet project requirements
