Government Support Programmes

• Promote and market the government support programmes to assist employers in the hiring of Singaporeans and Permanent Residents in PMET roles and internship placement

· Handle the end-to end application and disbursement of grants.

1. Applications Management – handle enquires and processing of applications.

2. Onboarding Management – handle enquires; generation of Letter of Offer; onboarding of companies and trainees to the programme.

3. Database Management – handle enquires; capture of data; ensure data quality and generation of management reports.

4. Claims Management – handle enquires and processing of claims.

5. Feedback Management – handle enquires; feedback/complaints; investigate and follow through with companies.

6. Review Management – handle enquires; review documentations; investigate and identify discrepancies and follow through with companies.

GENERAL ADMINISTRATION

· Work with various government agencies, training providers and industry associations

· Organise/Participate in job fairs to assist member companies in their hiring of Singaporeans and PRs

· Provide support to other ASMI events and activities as and when required

· Undertake special projects and ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• At least a Polytechnic diploma with at least 2 – 3 years relevant experience
• Preferably with some experience in the administration of government schemes
• Preferably with some knowledge of government funding schemes
• Able to multi-task, comfortable with administrative work and is meticulous
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Resourceful and able to work independently or in teams
• Self-motivated individual with strong drive for results

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for updating our HRIS and TMS.
• Permit application and cancellation and general administration for foreign staff
• Office administration matters such as ordering and purchasing of office items and supplies.
• Employee on-boarding duties.
• And other HR and Admin duties as and when required by the manager

Requirements

• Diploma and above with specialization in Human Resource.
• Experience in HR for construction / Process / Marine Sector is an advantage
• Ability troubleshooting IT issues an advantage

Job Responsibilities

• Process all reservations coming through by telephone, email on a daily basis.

• Know the selling status, rates and benefits of all package plans.

• Ensure all emails/enquiries/requests are attended to as necessary.

• To ensure all phone calls are picked up within 3 rings and with proper salutations.

• Ensure all bookings taken in consideration to the Revenue Management Strategy

• Understand booking systems such as ResaWeb & OPERA.

• Follow the Accor standard on how to make a new booking / amend / or cancel a booking.

• Encourage upselling opportunities to maximise revenue.

• Prepare letters of confirmation.

• Process advance deposits on reservations.

• Understand the hotel’s policy on guaranteed reservations and no-shows.

• Observe and obtain constant/regular feedback from guests and highlight to the managers.

• Suggest improvements of operations or procedures if any.

• Ensure that there is always adequate stock in the department.

• Full understanding of all Customer Loyalty Programs and guest VIP status.

• Regularly inspect equipment and ensure that they are well maintained and in good working condition.

• Ensure that daily reports are printed and actioned on time.

• Attend daily briefing.

• Maintain a consistently high standard of Customer Service.

• Maintain good relationship with all clients & staff of the Hotel.

• Maintain good communication with all departments in the Hotel and liaise with the concerned department on any special requests.

Administration

• All proper filling of all correspondences.

• All necessary supporting documentation must be available prior to check-in.

• All special requests are being handled, recorded and managed in a consistent manner and uniformly.

Requirements

• N/O Level with prior experience or Diploma holder in Hospitality / Tourism preferred

• Strong passion in Tourism / Hospitality

• Willingness to learn

• OPERA knowledge advantageous

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Good knowledge of Employment Act, MOM rules and regulations
• Able to process payroll for 50-80 employees
• Experience working with Info-Tech HRM system is highly preferred
• Strong skills in interpersonal, communication, teamwork and proactive
• Must be meticulous, detailed oriented, well-organized, work independently and meet datelines
• Have a positive and continual improvement and learn mindset to improve our work processes

For our Warehouse and Hub Operations Team, we are looking for an energetic person with a passion for Warehouse Operations and Logistics Coordination.

Main Tasks:

• Assist in the daily running of the hub operations
• Monitoring vessel loading, deliveries and collections
• Tracking Cost for Import, Export & DOBs
• Attend Requests from Clients and Coordination with Warehouse Operations
• Manage 3rd party vendors and quotation to clients
• Manage stocks for external clients and accurately generate orders in WMS
• Maintain proper records required for ZGS ( Zero GST Status/ Bonded Warehouse)

Pre-requisite:

• MS office skills
• Import & Export operations
• Experience in handling large volume of emails in Outlook
• O-Level or higher
