IT helpdesk executive
Location : Mountbatten
Salary Range : $2,800 - $3,300
Responsibilities
 Work closely with IT Manager and other internal stakeholders on assigned IT support functions to achieve operational efficiency and ensure smooth execution of works.
 Support the Clinical Operations team via engagement of multidisciplinary stakeholders (doctors, clinic staff, etc) and provide support of diverse requirements and perspectives to achieve patient centred care and organisational effectiveness.
 Liaise with users and IT vendors for the delivery of IT solutions and services.
 Setup and deploy new desktop / laptop computers and the associated software, including Windows Active Directory (AD) administration.
 Provide technical support to end-users on various technical issues and problems relating to end-user devices (e.g., desktop/laptop computers, printers, scanners, mobile devices etc) and software such as Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
 Manage the data protection and cyber security functions. Ensure proper security system setup and maintenance.
 Maintain IT assets, systems documentation and software licenses.
 Provide assistance to execute action plans for the company’s operational goals and to support the smooth running of daily operations at the company’s specialist clinics
 Other duties as assigned by the management.
