• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including local offices and central procurement teams to ensure high quality and competitive offers

• Develop a project plan and for adequate pricing analysis, internal review and evaluation in-line with the global tender management process

• Maintain record of tenders in internal reports and tender document management system

• Leading/involve in meeting with cross region stakeholder to give advice or provide analysis from Tender Management perspective to achieve corporate goal.

Skills Required:

Qualifications & Experience:

• Preparation of daily Accounts Payable
• Check Accounts Receivable Invoices issued by Operations Department.
• Monitoring Daily incoming funds to ensure receipts are up to date.
• Liaise with vendor for creation of new customer registration in Accounting System.
• Input journal entries for month end closing.
• Assist in preparation of monthly financial statements, P&L and Balance Sheet Schedules.
• Perform special duties as and when required.
