Day to Day operations

• To comply with the Search and Transplant Services policy and procedures to ensure all professional services to meet the accreditation standards of the World Marrow Donor Association (WMDA)

• To act as the main point of contact for allocated transplant centres within Singapore/Malaysia

• To process incoming search requests for compatible donors/cord blood units and ensure they are reported to partner hospitals and registries according to agreed timelines.

• To provide approved donor recommendations for local/Malaysia patients requested for search.

• To ensure accurate and timely operational data collection.

• To process Verification Typing (VT) requests and coordinate with Transplant Centres, and international registries

• To process Work Up (WU) requests and coordinate with Transplant centres and international registries

• To arrange and coordinate with Professional courier services for HPC products transportation from local and international collection centres to transplant centres according to agreed timelines.

• To adhere to WMDA requirements of being 24/7 contactable, via email and/or the emergency contact number.

• To educate Singaporean/SPR patients and transplant center partners on patient subsidy schemes

• To process the patient subsidy applications in accordance with the policies and procedures in place.

• To function as a patient advocacy unit for Singaporean/SPR patients and their families.

• To build and maintain strong working relationships through best practices and regular communications with local and international transplant centres and overseas partner registries.

• To ensure excellence in search, selection and procurement processes to support the requests of the transplant team.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree holder in Biology, Bioscience, Nursing, Biomedical or equivalent

A Job Placement Executive is responsible for providing job matching, job coaching and job support services for clients in open employment. As part of a collaborative, interdisciplinary team, which include Allied Health Professionals such as the Psychologist & Occupational Therapist, they provide career counselling, behavioural and work performance interventions in assisting clients sustain their employment. A Job Placement Executive has to also work closely with their clients' caregivers, existing & potential employers as well as partners & stakeholders such as training providers, community case & social workers, training officers & other job coaches in jointly providing holistic job support to their clients for employment success & sustainability. Oversee the control activities across the region and to ensure that our control framework is governing our business operation in a safe and compliant manner.
Identify weaknesses within the organization's IT processes and infrastructures and ensure that proper measures are implemented to minimize such risk. Ensure that an optimised set of business process maps are in place and our internal procedures are promptly updated to reflect the agreed framework.
Work closely with both commercial and functional teams, to provide solutions/ recommendations to improve the controls and drive efficiency through continuous improvement. Proactively look out for any breach of procedure by our staff and potential control gap that could create a material risk to our organisation.
Responsible for collating global Internal Control reporting information that is required by both internal management and external stakeholders.

THE ROLE
Ensure an appropriate and tailored IT risk framework is in place and aligned with the overall IC framework;
Proactively identify IT control gaps and work closely with IT team on the risk mitigations plan and documentation
Conduct reviews on the privilege ID usage, ETRM and Finance systems’ user access rights to ensure adherence to access controls standards
Provide support on IT risk and control type of initiatives, including new system implementation and significant system change projects to ensure that proper controls are considered and included at the design-phase
Ensure an optimised set of business process maps is in place and aligned with the system controls;
Lead and conduct IT related control gaps/incidents reviews, including root cause analysis, identification of mitigating controls, follow-up on the remediation actions

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of 5 years relevant industry experience in risk and control management within IT or IT audit
Broad exposure to a range of diverse technology, security concepts, tools, and methodologies
Experienced in reviewing technology domains across infrastructure, applications, cyber security, cloud technology, IT governance processes
Experience in IT incident investigation and reporting
Experience in an energy/commodity trading environment, or related regulatory environment an advantage

Main Responsibilities

Singapore – Accounts Payable

• Perform daily Account Payable (AP) function which include keying in of Supplier invoices
