We are seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Governance Manager to lead the development and implementation of IT governance frameworks. This role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with business objectives to drive strategic IT initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Act as Line 1.5 for IT Governance: Serve as the intermediary between the first line of defence (business units) and the second line of defence (risk management), ensuring robust IT governance and risk management practices.
• Review and Enhance IT Policies and Procedures: Regularly review and update existing IT policies and procedures to ensure they remain effective, relevant, and aligned with industry best practices.
• Develop and Implement IT Governance Frameworks: Design and enforce IT governance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure effective IT management and compliance.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all IT activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate IT-related risks to protect the bank's information assets.
• Strategic Alignment: Align IT strategies with business goals to support the bank's overall mission and objectives.
• Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor the effectiveness of IT governance practices and drive continuous improvement.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior management, business units, and external regulators to ensure IT governance aligns with organizational needs.
• Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of IT governance professionals, fostering a culture of compliance and excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• At least 8-10 years of experience in IT governance, risk management, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a senior role.
• Proficiency in IT governance frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to present complex information to non-technical stakeholders.

Summary:

• Provide support and manage project

• Follow up with clients in timely manner

• Assist sales team with site survey & system design

• Provide onsite support to diagnose and rectify technical issue

• Outline budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver project on budget.

• Prepare detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities.

• Manage delivery of the project according to project plan.

• Track project and providing regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders.

• Manage and adjust for any changes in project scope, schedule and/or budget.

• Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.

Additional Information:

• Relevant educational qualifications in Diploma or Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology

Overview:
Manage full project delivery life cycle for IT and engineering projects, covering contract negotiations, risk management, budgeting, scheduling, resource planning, and stakeholder engagement. Ensure quality, cost-effective services, and maintain technical and service relationships with customers.

Requirements:

• Education: Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
• Experience: 5+ years in managing large-scale IT and engineering projects with cross-functional teams
• Preferred Knowledge: Government security standards and professional certification (PMP, CITPM, CISSP)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee complex IT/engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget

• Collaborate with internal and external ICT providers/vendors to manage and support vessel IT systems effectively.
