Key Responsibilities:

* Receive, check, and record incoming stock, ensuring that items are in good condition and match the order specifications.

* Load and unload stock, ensuring proper handling of IT products such as servers, printers, PCs, monitors, etc.

* Accurately pick and pack items for dispatch according to customer orders, including labeling and preparing for delivery.

* Work closely with the Sales Department to fulfill sales order requirements and ensure timely dispatch.

* Conduct periodic stock takes in an organized and efficient manner, ensuring inventory accuracy.

* Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and well-maintained, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.

* Maintain IT products and peripherals (e.g., servers, computers) in good working condition.

Requirements:

IT Analyst APAC

Role Purpose

We are seeking an IT Analyst APAC to join our team in Hong Kong or Singapore. Reporting to Lead IT Business Analysis & Quality Assurance APAC, you will act as a key liaison between cross-functional teams throughout the project implementation process and work closely together with product owners to develop a rollout plan for several IT products for the APAC region.

Your Tasks

1. Requirements Analysis:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements for new IT applications or enhancements to existing ones.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and functionalities.

2. Application Development and Implementation:

• Work with development teams to design, develop, and implement IT applications.
• Ensure that applications meet quality standards, are scalable, and align with business requirements.

3. System Integration:

• Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate applications with existing systems and databases.
• Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability between different applications.

4. Testing and Quality Assurance:

• Develop and execute test plans to ensure the functionality, performance, and security of applications.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to identify and address issues.

5. User Support and Training:

• Provide support to end-users, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues related to applications.
• Conduct training sessions to ensure users are proficient in utilizing new or updated applications.

6. Documentation:

Your Profile

• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines, with at least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Knowledge in ERP systems or eCommerce systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex, highly technical information to non-technical colleagues using clear, simple language.
• Ability to demonstrate initiative to get things done and persevere to achieve the goals and tasks on hand.
• Ability to copy well with ambiguity and demonstrates willingness to move out of comfort zone.
• Good command of written and spoken English; Cantonese and Mandarin is an advantage.

Expert in Firewalls, VPN, Data Loss Prevention, IDS/IPS, Web-Proxy, and Security Audits.

Clear understanding of IT audit methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Execute service and maintenance workflows efficiently.
• Coordinate with client representatives on all service/maintenance matters.
• Assist the supervisor in organizing teams for service tasks and delegating responsibilities.
• Manage daily client interactions, ensuring their expectations are met.
• Support the supervisor in troubleshooting and timely completion of security system services.
• Understand each client's business to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all work complies with Workplace Safety and Health Act regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• At least 2 years of working experience in related field.
• Requires knowledge and practical experience with security systems (e.g., Integrated Security Management, Card Access Control, Intrusion Detection, and CCTV systems).
• IT/Network/Server knowledge is a plus.
