In this role, you are responsible for end to end recruitment process.

You are required to work closely with stakeholders such as hiring managers from the respective business units, HRBP etc.

• End to end recruitment proess wil encompass sourcing, shortlisting, positioning qualified candidates to hiring managers, scheduling interviews and being part of the selection processs.
• Involved in the salary proposal and offer negotiation process.
• Handle the sponsorship/scholarships portfolio such as organising and participating in outreach events, shortlisting and interviewing potential candidates, preparing of bond deeds, attending to queries and processing of allowances.
• Build a good pipeline of qualified candidates to fill evergreen/critical positions and to maintain/report necessary recruitment numbers where required.
