About FAM@FSC:

There are 10 FAM@FSCs in Singapore which provide support for families facing transitions or relationship issues. Services include family counselling for conflicts, marital, and parent-child issues; Divorce support for couples and their children; discernment counselling to help uncertain couples decide on their next steps regarding divorce; and online counselling, in partnership with the Ministry of Social and Family Development, for a range of family-related concerns.

Responsibilities:

• Provide counselling and case management services to couples and families on marital, familial, parenting and divorce issues.
• Conduct programmes, workshops, support groups etc.
• Conduct research studies, needs assessments and programme evaluation projects.
• Planning and managing outreach events

Requirements:

• MUST possess a minimum Degree in Counselling
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Good Team player
• At least 3 years of experience in the social service sector

The Global MSAT team will support the Biologics Operations strategy, in particular regarding customer centricity, providing harmonized deployed services and more consistency in execution. This senior scientific role will be part of a Global MSAT Biologics team and will be responsible for providing technical leadership and know-how directly with cross functional teams across the Lonza Biologics operations network on a day to day basis, supporting Global project implementation to the sites and ensuring all project time lines and objectives are consistently monitored and delivered. The role will focus in areas of strategic material harmonization, new technology introduction, continuous process improvement and cross site process tech transfer, working closely with network site functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Responsible to oversee implementation of harmonization projects into the Global network sites, developing deployment plans cross functionally and supporting the on-site teams during all phases of transfer to meet business targets (as required)
• Responsible as a point of contact for support and resolving critical network technical problems (as required), working cross functionally across sites to maintain internal and external customer project outcomes e.g. Global QA Alerts.
• Responsible to provide daily technical coaching and mentoring to members of the Global and site MSAT teams with specific technical problem resolution and improve operational execution. Supports the training and knowledge transfer to improve overall expertise and capability of the Global MSAT network.
• Accountable to maintain and establish a professional internal and external network to maintain technical and compliance knowledge and know how consistent with the role objectives and team development.

Key requirements:

• PhD or equivalent means of demonstrating ability with considerable experience in industry and/or a relevant biologics development or manufacturing environment
• Has demonstrated extensive knowledge in field of expertise either from process development or a cGMP manufacturing operations background and on-the job training, working as either as an individual contributor or in a management supervisory role.
• Recognized Subject Matter Expert (SME) in field of relevance e.g. biologics process development or from working in a cGMP MSAT environment. Ability to technically understand complex non routine unit operations with a proven track record of successful technical transfer expertise.
• Has experience leading implementation / harmonization projects involving cross-functional, multi-site teams.
• Has a deep understanding of manufacturing science and process as a whole and also Lonza’s business practices and customer expectations.
• Experience of material qualification and specification setting is desirable.
• A role model in demonstrated interpersonal skills with ability to work with others in a technical coaching capacity.
• Works well with both internal and external customers in problem resolution. Experience in leading cross functional project activities with ability to multi task, prioritize and be an effective decision maker.
• Proven problem solver has an excellent technical attention to detail, communication skills both written and verbal, interpersonal qualities with a continuous improvement positive mind set.
• Proven experience working with external and/or internal customer peers on technical planning, design and execution of technical scopes of work, showing resilience and tenacity to deliver on time against goals and objectives

Summary of Responsibilities:

• Ensure all calls & emails are answered in a courteous, friendly and prompt manner, following LQA standards and VOG initiatives
• Record accurate guest details in ResDiary
• Offer alternatives or Standby List to guests should the restaurant be fully booked
• Keep online portals open during slow periods
• Close online portals when restaurant is near fully booked
• Check that canceled or no show online reservations are removed from online portals backend
• Use ResDiary Promotion section & Promotions folder to advise guests of accurate and correct information
• Be up to date with Gift Central system
• Be up to date with Fairmont at Home
• Maintain collaborative working relationship with Restaurant Hostess and Restaurant Managers
• Follow SOP & email templates created by Dining Reservation Manager
• Ensure PCI Compliance for all credit card transactions
• Ensure smooth running of operations in the absence of Dining Reservations Manager & Assistant Manager

• Assist outlets when they are shorthanded (hostess/service)
• Generate IKE Reports (I Know Everything)
• Set up of Messages in ResDiary
• Set up of Promotions (discounts)
• Set up of Promotions (Events)
• Upkeep Online Health of each restaurant & bar (Accurate menus, time, info, pictures)
• Upload new menus on on all online portals

Qualifications:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent
• Basic call centre or F&B operation experience
• Fluent in verbal and written English.
• Good interpersonal, telephone etiquette and communication skills
• Computer Knowledge, i.e. well versed with emails, Microsoft word & excel, online information
• Seat and handle continuous calls for a prolonged time
• Prolonged glare from work station monitor
• Energetic and cheerful attitude in handling repetitive calls
• Ability to handle guest negative feedback
• Show empathy should a request not be met

1. Singaporean Citizen or PRs is preferred

2. Those who have many years of working experience in the post of ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT ASSISTANT or ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT n Singapore are preferred

3. Can handle drive a car for boss and other related administrative secretarial work and so on.

4. Manage the company's administrative and personnel matters, and be responsible for the company's document management

5. Assist the work tasks arranged by the boss

6. Work six days a week, with overtime and other work arrangements assigned by the manager.
