Your role

Our major Oil and Gas Downstream Client is looking for General Support Services/Logistics Coordinator who will oversee and execute the logistics operations at site during Turnaround (TA) to ensure they are executed safely and effectively. You will coordinate inputs from the multi-disciplinary leads to ensure their logistics needs are planned and met. You will also develop and implement the Logistics Plan for an assigned turnaround.

You will work with the TA team to set up and manage temporary facilities for the assigned turnaround to meet TA timeline requirements as well as perform cost estimates for TA logistics costs. You will working with staff and contractors to ensure their transport arrangements (buses, pick-ups, lorries) are in place and operating efficiently during TA.

In addition, you will provide scope for the logistics contracts and work with the CP focal point to ensure contracts are set up and activated as per TA timescale. You will need to be familiar with TA contracting strategy and how TA logistics activities impact the overall TA cost and schedule. You will raise MOCs for temporary facilities such as electrical power, water pipelines, tentages and office cabins. This includes liaison and applications for licenses with relevant Government authorities such as SCDF, BCA & NEA. You will provide basic HSSE analytics and metrics support to the TA HSSE Advisor who is the site Focal Point for HSSE which includes consolidating daily statistics reports / charts updates / E-tracking for NEA and data analysis, as well as updating of quantity and disposal cost into the cost spreadsheet for tracking by TA Cost Engineer / Environment. The Digital Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, managing social media, email marketing campaigns, creating engaging content and maintaining the company's website. He/ she is involved in the digital channels to generate leads and build brand awareness for the company.

Job Description and Responsibilities

• Researching the target industry to discover prospecting opportunities.
• Creation and development of marketing strategies to optimize digital reach.
• Hunt and generate new business by prospecting, cold calling, or leveraging on existing contacts.
• Promoting products or services through digital platforms.
• Plan, monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Instagram, Facebook, WeChat, etc) and follow-up on sales enquiries to maximize sales opportunities.
• Increase company’s online presence and company brand awareness.
• Maintain and update ideas/ content marketing on website.
• Improve user experience in the company’s website.
• Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools.
• Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short and long-term business development plans.

Requirements and skills

• Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
• Good understanding and knowledge of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
• Experience with B2C social media and email campaigns and SEO/SEM, with creative content writing.
• Good knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Word Press, WebTrends etc).
• Skills and experience in creative content writing.
• Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in communicating both English and or Chinese, or any other Southeast Asian languages.
• Minimum GCE A level or Diploma.

Total Renumeration package includes commission based on performance as well.

Base Salary of $2200 + commission

Monthly Salary: $2400 - $3000

Location: East (Changi)

Working Hours: 9am - 6pm

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday. (To Standby on Saturday. If the candidate has a laptop, there is no requirement to return to the company.)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Receive cargo bookings and reservations from customers.
• Manage cargo booking, planning, and closure to optimize cargo space and loading.
• Address customer needs and uphold service levels specified by the Airlines and the company.
• Handle the planning and resolution of customer complaints, claims, and tracing.
• Compile accurate Cargo Sales Reports (CSRs) and submit them to airlines, agents, and the accounts department in a timely manner, meeting set deadlines.
• Coordinate with airline operations, Ground Handling Agents (GHAs), and customers/agents to ensure compliance with IATA regulations in the submission of cargo.
• Assist Sales and Senior Managers in quotations and telesales.

Requirements

• Diploma or higher qualification in Supply Chain is preferred.
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Training will be provided.
