• Resolve escalated customer support cases by collaborating with regional support engineers, MiR R&D and external partners.

As a dynamic and detail-oriented Employer Branding and Events Senior/Executive (temporary position), you will focus on supporting the design, planning, coordination, and execution of employer branding-related events, with a primary focus on organizing our flagship Global Engineering Competition. Essential Responsibilities

· Event Strategy & Planning

o Support designing and planning employer branding events, including the Global Engineering Competition and SEMICON-related tradeshows, focusing on Workforce Development (WFD) activities.
