6. Customer Communication:

8. Aftersales Frontline Standards:

• Ensure the aftersales frontline environment is conducive and adheres to BMW's Retail.Next standards.
• Collaborate with the aftersales team to enhance customer service and operational efficiency.

9. Event Support and Participation:

• Support the planning and organization of retail marketing events and customer activations.
• Assist in executing events to enhance customer engagement and brand loyalty.
• Participate in and support dealership events and promotions to enhance customer engagement.
• Represent the BMW brand at lifestyle and community events.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in luxurious automotive retail, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

What you'll be doing

• Support the COO with operations for Allied Health services, including process and system setup for new services
• Manage contracts, track performance, and ensure service quality improvements
• Oversee linen, laundry, and meal quality, addressing feedback from staff and patients, in collaboration with infection control
• Coordinate SMF applications, mobility device orders, and claims to the Ministry of Health
• Ensure compliance with pandemic plans, participate in audits, and drive quality improvement initiatives
• Maintain filing systems, track license renewals, and assist with vendor evaluations
• Contribute to internal audits, service expansion, and the development of new projects

What we're looking for

• Diploma and above from a recognised institution
• 5 - 6 years of working experience, preferably in a Hospital setting
• Understands strategic direction to evolving healthcare models and demographic changes
• Proficient in IT, especially with electronic records systems
