• Assist the Head of IT to identify opportunities, strategic solutions, efficiency improvements and new technologies to improve the needs of the business
• Assist the Head of IT to develop standard operating procedures and best practices for IT and end-users

Required Skills and Levels of Competence

Must have:

• 5+ years IT Infrastructure support
• 3+ years previous Service Desk lead experience
• Advanced knowledge of the Windows stack
• Windows Server 2016-2022 deployment and migration
• Advanced Active Directory
• Microsoft Exchange administration
• Microsoft M365 administration
• Hands on experience with public and private cloud infrastructures – notably cloud migrations
• Experience managing hybrid computing environments comprising physical servers, virtual servers, storage etc – vSphere an advantage

• A strong working knowledge of IT ticketing systems – ServiceNow an advantage

Job Overview:
We are looking for an IT Support Intern (Part-time/Full-time) to assist our team with everyday troubleshooting and configuration tasks. This role involves providing on-site technical support for staff, coordinating device repairs (e.g., Apple Store visits), and addressing routine issues at our retail locations.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to and resolve basic IT issues, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
• Assist with routine tasks such as device reboots, marketing screen troubleshooting, and system configurations.
• Support staff with account setups, password resets, and other common IT needs.
• Bring devices to repair centers and ensure their timely return.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and provide documentation.

Deliver expert support and comprehensive administration of the Microsoft 365 cloud environment, ensuring a secure and reliable infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently research, design, implement, and manage Microsoft 365 solutions for the organization.
• Oversee the Microsoft 365 environment, maintaining optimal availability, reliability, and performance.
• Continuously monitor system health; review, analyze, and test system performance.
• Conduct annual refresh for hardware, including endpoint devices and network equipment.
• Provide regular updates, perform backups, and restore data as needed.

• Provide IT technical onsite support for end user services problem which includes identification, diagnosis, rectification, and escalation.
• Installation, re based desktops, notebooks, printers, scanners hardware components. Examples of such components are hard disk drive, CD-ROM drive, DVD-ROM drive, CD/DVD writer, multimedia kit, random access memory, processors etc.
• Installation, re-installation, troubleshooting and reconfiguration of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft applications that are found in the Desktop PCs and Notebook PCs. Examples of such software are Windows XP/7 OS desktop OS, MS Office, Internet Explorer, MS Outlook, MS Outlook Express and Chinese version of the similar software, etc.
• Installation of customer’s access and in-house applications.

• Provide Offsite Standby support for emergency incidents / cases after office hours on a rotational basis amongst the team personnel.
• Duty event of a dropped / missed call, the duty engineer is to return call within 15 mins of the dropped or missed call.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

• Able to work in a banking environment and open for shift work in case required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (emails, Excel)
• SCCM (familiar with packaging) & must have printer troubleshooting experience.
• Good to have EUC Support, IT helpdesk /IT support experience desirable.
