About the Role:

As a CBRE Lead Contract Support, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to a large Business Unit, Facility, or Account. This job is part of the Contract Quality Management job function. They are responsible for managing the delivery of contractual services to ensure requirements are fulfilled.

What You’ll Do:

• Respond to client inquiries and concerns and ensure timely and quality service delivery and follow-up to ensure satisfaction.

Program Support Activities

• Develop and deliver training within the scope of ATM system contracts.
• Develop and maintain the training syllabus including:Production and maintenance of training methods/tooling and documentation as directed by the Training Manager.

  Managing access to eLearning as required by project/program requirements.
