We are looking for a Reliability Test technician’s role to perform reliability and first article tests in support for R&D projects. Additionally, the role will provide testing support to other functions within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out testing of New Product or New Part for Reliability and First Article tests within the timeline of the projects
• Support test requests from other entities (Erlangen and Lynge) and
• Perform preliminary Failure Analysis as a result of the tests performed

• Collaborate with the presales team to conduct site surveys and assessments. This involves evaluating the customer's location, infrastructure, and specific requirements to determine the ideal setup and deployment for the robot

JOB SCOPE

Responsibilities:

• Manage & monitor network infrastructure to ensure minimal downtime.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a technical support product specialist, you will be required to perform the thorough product testing and evaluation, provide technical support, advice, and to provide solutions to consumers and businesses in regards to technical, hardware, and system issues.
