• Perform assembly, testing, rework, inspection activities of in-house CUAS products accordance to work instructions, drawings, and production schedule
• Perform housekeeping and work area to ensure neat and tidy working environment.
• Work closely with the team on all production activities and other ad-hoc duties assigned
• To support other processes/activities
• Perform incoming checks of parts as per quality plan to ensure parts are within specification
• Participate in projects undertaken by the team e.g
• Process improvement project
• Data collection on quality and productions
• Supports in Project System Preparation, Testing, Operation and implementation.
• Support in maintaining demonstration and marketing equipment.

Requirements:

• NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in Engineering
• Pro-active, Positive attitude, Innovative, self-motivated and results oriented
• Able to work both independently and as a team player
• Good computer knowledge (Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
• Able to perform soldering work,
• Working knowledge on basic Electronics and basic RF measurement
• Time domain measurement - Voltage, Current, Power
• Frequency domain measurement – RF Power, VSWR, and Bandwidth

• Perform service, troubleshooting, overhauling, commissioning and testing of mechanical and electrical equipment and automation machines
• PLC programming
• Modules over-head bridge cranes preparation for commissiong, filling gear oil, bearing greasing, settling limit switch travelling and hoisting, overload trip setting and testing.
• Top side equipment cooling medium system pareparation for commissioning, fresh water close circuit system flushing by using screen on plates type coolers to catch impurity and dirt, glycol gilling to cooling medium system through hull drain tank and expansion tank
• Testing cooling medium pumps no load and system load run
• Glycol regeneration system preparation for commisisoning, sytem flushing, hydrop testing, glycol filling and system running.
• Gas Dew point control-refrigeration system preparation for commissionig, system flushing by nitrogen, hydro testing, refrigerant charging to gas skid and compressor skid and system running.
• Hub (mechanical parts) balancing and testing, check inventory, calibrate instruments
• Plan and assisgn team members to safety and prductivity
• Perform testers conversion from product to product
• Testing, trouble shooting and online testers to production
• Liaised with process group, automation group and production group to achieve a target yield and productivity
• Writing of reports for carried out inspections, repair, service and overhaul jobs

Job Responsibilities

• Aim to maximize orders/sales/operating profits over the med/long term in global DX/IT consulting services
• Expand and promote DX/IT consulting services globally
• Actively promote overseas M&A/Alliance, PMI, and manage these companies to improve on the lack of DX/IT consulting capabilities
• Plan and promote DX training, etc. for Yokogawa group employees to strengthen their capabilities regarding DX/IT consulting

Requirements

• More than 10 years of DX/IT consulting experience
• Experience managing a team of 10-30 or more people and achieving success as a team
• Ability to maintain a good balance between business perspective and customer perspective
• Good understanding of digital technology such as cloud, AI/ML, IIoT, Cybersecurity, etc.
