Follows proper sequence of operation, specifications and operating instructions for processing equipment.
May conduct basic tests and measurements throughout stages of production to determine control over such variables as temperature, density, pressure and viscosity.
Ensure continuous compliance to Good Manufacturing Procedures (cGMP).
Troubleshoot and resolve packaging quality issues and monitored the corrective actions.
Services, troubleshoots and solves standard engineering problems with processes or equipment already in operations.
Follows processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
Assist department in achieving companyās Key Performance Indexes (KPIs).
Follow the packaging line schedule to ensure timely delivery to customers.
