Responsibilities

• To operate and run day to day AV and VC system for virtual and physical events.
• Plan and manage schedule for multiple events, to ensure setup and tests are done
• Responsible in ensuring AV and VC system are in good working condition by conducting predictive and preventive maintenance, daily, weekly and monthly routine inspection of equipment.
• Monitor and attend to maintenance service requests, investigate and initiate corrective actions for any service and equipment breakdown, or fault detected during routine check, servicing and maintenance.
• Maintain an asset inventory with proper labelling as well as problem and incident reports.
• Ensure the updating of the engineering systems information databases (such as drawings, operation and maintenance manual, etc.).
• Coordinate and work with audio and visual equipment and cleaning contractors to set up meeting venues including seating arrangements and equipment.

Requirements

• At least three (3) years’ relevant experience in AV equipment operations, maintenance and facility management services.
• The technicians shall hold minimum a NITEC/Higher NITEC in Facility Management or Mechanical and Electrical Services or equivalent.
• Experience in broadcasting and live production or AV and VC operation and maintenance with supervisory responsibility.
• Good understanding of hardware (cameras, video switchers, lighting, sound) needed to run professional videos and live streams.
• Experience with filming equipment and studio production, with working experience on production sets or part of a production team.
• Good interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.

Stellar M (PPP Coffee Group) is looking for technicians to be part of its equipment servicing team in Singapore.

In this role, you will be responsible for the servicing and repairing of both in-house and external client ‘s coffee equipments.

Job Descriptions

• In-house servicing and repair of specialty coffee equipment
• On-site visit to clients' premises for servicing and repair
• Maintaining an inventory of machines and spare parts
• Responding to clients' queries on equipment troubleshooting & repairs
• De-Installation and Installation of coffee making equipment

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and troubleshoot issues in circuit boards using testing tools like oscilloscopes and multimeters.
• Perform visual inspections and utilize specialized tools to find defects or faults on the board.
• Solder and desolder components to replace damaged or malfunctioning parts.
• Use rework stations and hot air tools for efficient component removal and replacement.
• Conduct functionality tests on repaired boards to confirm they meet required standards.
• Operate automated test equipment (ATE) and custom test setups to verify repairs.
• Keep comprehensive records of repair work, including fault details and resolution steps.
• Communicate recurring issues to design and manufacturing teams to support improvements in future designs.
• Keep current with new repair methods and tools.
• Engage in training sessions and workshops to advance technical skills.
• Parts teardown, re-assembly, re-certification and qualification
• Troubleshoot PCB Electronics

REQUIREMENTS

• Miniumum Diploma / Degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering
• At least 3 years of experience in troubleshooting of PCB /PCBA / Electronic or Semiconductor Components.
• PCB repair and maintenance in a huge advantage.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for PCB maintenance.
