Responsibilities

• Managing and troubleshooting Exchange Infra including but not limited to O365, Intune, certificate, Sharepoint online, Trendmicro IMSVA.

• Effectively providing day-to-day Microsoft on-prem Exchange, O365, SMTP email operational support to internal customers covering all Servers and Mail Relays.
