Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $3,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month, depending on experience

Supplemental pay types:

• 13th month salary

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of projects within the IITS department.
• Oversee project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Manage project teams, stakeholders, vendors, and outsourcing contracts.
• Monitor and report project status to the project steering committee, stakeholders, and team members.
• Ensure project and system documentation is completed in line with the Project Development Methodology.
• Build strong user relationships by fostering trust and rapport.
• Provide valuable guidance on best practices for utilizing appropriate technologies.
• Review and enhance work processes, and support users in managing change.
• Align project changes with organizational goals and objectives.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to gather user feedback.
• Assist supervisors in reviewing and ensuring the quality of team members' deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of relevant work experience, with a proven track record of at least 5 years of hands-on experience as a Project Manager.
• Extensive experience in project leadership and management, with proficiency in project management methodologies, techniques, and tools.
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, CITPM) is preferred.
• Experience in business process management, especially in human resources, finance, or procurement administration, is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles and structured project development methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal, conflict management, and negotiation abilities.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects concurrently.

• Report all non-conformance including wooden boxes and packaging
• Stuffing and unstuffing of containers/vehicles
• Installation and dismantling of harnesses and couplings
• Housekeeping
• Ensure containers are clean after unstuffing
• Admin and Documentation
• Perform cycle count
• Ensure First to First Out of goods
• Check imports against import checklist
• All other task assigned by superior

Looking for Operations Compliance Lead to ensure the IT operations planning and execution meets the service levels agreements and audit compliance requirements. This role requires at least 10-12 years’ experience in IT operations in a data warehouse / analytics environment with knowledge on compliance and/or has experience completing one audit cycle.

Required Skill

• Minimum 10-12 year working experience in system operations compliance and management areas.
• Should have familiarity with any standards (e.g. ISO, ITSM)
• Must be cloud certified
• Good in-depth understanding of data warehouse concepts, data profiling, data verification and advanced analytics techniques
