Key Responsibilities

• Management of asset services, including hardware and desk-side support services.
• Coordination and management of 3rd party vendor support services.
• Maintenance of the assets database, ensuring accuracy and quality of data, and correcting any errors within an agreed time frame.
• Management of relationships between users and assets, correcting any inconsistencies within the requested time frame.
• Receipt and support of goods from third-party hardware suppliers.
• Performance of regular checks on assets and reporting on data quality.
• Management of PC disposal with third parties to minimize financial risks.
• Management of PC ordering forecasts for the country, including monitoring orders and deliveries.
• Maintenance of an end-user support knowledgebase.
• Provision of on-site support to maintain a close relationship with end-users.
• Management of various IT devices used in the client environment.
• Coordination with 3rd party suppliers, including escorting them during services.
• Reporting any service non-compliance and issues to client IT.
• Extended support such as storage and dispatching across client sites, disaster recovery plan support, and process PC support in client plants.
• Datacenter support including maintaining rack layout and cabling information, physical devices hardware inventory list, and providing escort services when other suppliers require access to client racks.
• Perform special services such as supporting events, sales force annual meetings, special support for projects, and any other reasonable requests from the client.

Job Description

• To assist in ongoing Projects and maintenance of equipment.
• Carry out all warranty, preventive maintenance, & breakdown service jobs assigned.
• Testing and Commission of equipment.
• Pre-delivery checks and assembly of equipment.
• Co-ordinate with customers for all repairs, quotations for repair and spare parts.
• Meeting organization goal to turnaround within 4 - 10 hours on site during office hours on weekdays.
• Able to work independently in a Hospital environment and as and when required, to perform duty after office hours.
• Familiarize with relevant regulatory standard such as Workplace Safety and Health Act (WSH Act) and ensure compliance.
• Familiarize with the relevant GDPMD / ISO procedure & always operate within the guideline.
• Prepare job sheets, seek customers approval/confirmation, co-ordinate with SOM to invoice with correct spare parts.
• Ensure timely job sheet closure to speed up billing processes to reduce AR & Inventory holding.

• Attend all training or re-training identified and contributes to continual improvement by giving constructive feedback to manufacturer.

Job Requirements:

• Preferably Diploma trained candidates in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Min 1 year of working experience, preferably in hospital environment or engineering consultancy firm.
• Strong engineering knowledge.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Able to travel outstation or overseas when required.
