Job Description:

• Ensure the machine is working correctly, and calibrating the machine to ensure proper measuring.
• Perform incoming, in-process and final inspection as per customer requirement.
• Maintain calibration record of measuring equipment.

In this role, your duties will include ensuring optimal use of our hardware and software technologies, enhancing system performance, and securing data. You will also be required to advise on IT equipment upgrades and handle IT related projects.

Major Responsibilities

IT Support

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
• Setting up accounts for new users
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary

Project Management

Business Applications & Software

• Assist and support in the maintenance of business applications and software

• Support both internal and external parties for solving trouble-related issues
• Conduct internal and external working and training as and when required
• Travel to external parties’ sites to provide training and application support

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma in Information Technology
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in similar role

• Excellent organizational skill

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all the technical requirements including code design, construction, testing, debugging and documentation
• Manage and coordinate enhancements and/or projects
• Partner with the business teams to analyse and prioritise requirements
• Partner and liaise with geographically diverse vendor teams to ensure deliverables are achieved within agreed time frames
• Set up frameworks of standards, guidelines and procedures
• Support the day-to-day management of the product including business queries and issue resolution
• Other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Science & Technology or equivalent
• Possessing at least 3 years of application development and management experience
• Hands-on experiences in ASP .NET 4.0 and above, SQL Database Design, tortoise SVN, PHP
• Good knowledge of Bootstrap / HTML / CSS / AJAX / JQuery and other client or server-based web tools
• Other technology such as Java, Power BI, Outsystem, UiPath RPA, Boomi, OTRS will be added advantage
• Strong communication, social awareness and good interpersonal skills
