We are seeking a committed and organised Events Executive to join their dynamic team in Singapore. This role presents an exhilarating chance to offer support to the Operations team in all executional tasks and customer event implementation. With a competitive salary range of 3000 - 4000, this position is a 12-month contract with potential for renewal. The successful candidate will be entrusted with coordinating and implementing internal and external events, tracking budgets, managing contracts, maintaining communication platforms, and collecting customer feedback data.

What you'll do:
As an Events Executive, your role will be instrumental in supporting the Operations department with various executional tasks. You will be involved in the comprehensive process of customer events, from developing logistical materials to coordinating contracts. Your responsibilities will also encompass updating the event management system, liaising with vendors, tracking budgets, planning travel arrangements, maintaining communication platforms, and collecting valuable customer feedback data. This role requires a proactive approach to managing multiple customer needs and ensuring excellent customer experience.
- Provide implementation and administrative support to the Operations department
- Support end-to-end process of customer events
- Develop logistical materials for events
- Coordinate contracts (Vendor and HCP)
- Update event management system and manage data
- Liaise with vendors when meetings exceed in-house management capacity
- Track budget including accruals
- Plan travel and reservations
- Maintain communication platforms
- Collect quality customer feedback data for better insights and planning
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Events Executive role brings a Bachelor's degree along with 2-3 years' experience in a similar role. While experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred, our client is open to candidates from other industries who demonstrate strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a knack for interpersonal relations. Your experience in coordinating logistics for events will be crucial in this role. Additionally, your ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, knowledge of budget tracking and contract management, experience in maintaining communication platforms, and proven ability to collect and analyse customer feedback data will set you apart.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role; pharmaceutical industry preferred but open to others
- Organised with good communication and interpersonal skills
