• This role will report directly to the Head of People & Culture and will be part of a strong and supportive team. There will be ample opportunities to learn with both internal and external training options with room to grow in a fast, hypergrowth environment.

Role of People & Culture Executive

• Recruitment:

1. Responsible for full cycle recruitment process of assigned business unit/s; including but not limited to updating/preparation of job descriptions and advertisements, sourcing and screening of candidates, selection and hiring
2. Key liaison towards candidates and responsible for upkeep of smooth communication flow from arranging of interviews to final offer, and other required People & Culture processes
3. Responsible for pre-onboarding process of new team members which encompasses collation of required documentation, reference checks, and signing of contract
4. Support onboarding process covering initial new-hire orientation process, organizational learning and its structure, culture, vision, mission, and values
5. Assist in offboarding process of resigned team members involving required paperwork, knowledge transference if required, recovery of Company assets, and exit interview

• Team Member Engagement:

1. Assist the Head of People & Culture in upkeep of a highly engaged organization for a positive, transparent, and passionate work environment for all team members by fostering a sense of community and team building
2. Key liaison towards assigned business unit/s for all work-related queries e.g., team member benefits, career roadmap, learning opportunities, and performance review

• Payroll:

1. Key liaison for all matters related to payroll for the Company
2. Responsible for accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll for about 250 employees currently
3. Manage tax matters i.e., monthly CPF, FWL, IR21, IR8A and other regulatory requirements
4. Responsible for internal payroll reports; reconciliation, weekly and monthly labour reports, as well as accrual reporting of labour costs

• Compensation & Benefits:

1. Manage the collation, validation, and pay-out of incentives and bonuses for team members
2. Responsible for submission of statutory claims including NS-men make-up pay, maternity and paternity leave, childcare leave, etc.
3. Liaise with Insurance on required medical claims, submissions, and reimbursements
4. Tracking of other team member benefits prevalent to the Company, as per policy and statutory regulations
5. Liaise with respective managers on rosters and attendance

• HR System & Team Members' Data Administration:

1. Assist in creation and updating of team members' information and data in the HR System together with the People & Culture team
2. Maintain proper filing of required documentation e.g., application form, CVs, certifications, etc. together with the People & Culture team
3. Support processing of required documentation e.g., confirmation letters, promotions, and increments, etc.

• Other Responsibilities

1. Support other areas of People & Culture when required, such as Onboarding & Offboarding, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Policies & Procedures
2. Any other duties as assigned by the Head of People & Culture

Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 2 years' related experience is preferred; candidates without related experience in Payroll and Compensation & Benefits, but with Human Resources experience will be considered
• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Statistics, Business Administration, Finance from a recognized institution
• HR Certification e.g., Payroll or IHRP certification will be advantageous
• Possess high level of attention to detail and meticulous in relation to accuracy of figures and calculations
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Functions as the strategic business leader for residential service activities required between the homeowners and the management company. Manages luxury condominium facilities with attention to and support of the 4 Pillars of Operational Excellence. • Experiment Creation & Publishing - At The Pique Lab, we want to give you the stage to work your magic. By the end of your internship, you’ll get to:

1. Design and create experiments in accordance with the Science curriculum. What we look out for is how you can digest difficult concepts and infuse fun through experiments to motivate students to learn.
2. Write and publish educational articles across our digital learning platforms, with the guided mentorship of our academic/curriculum team.

Required:

• Strong Background in Science: You should have a strong understanding in the subject matter - demonstrated at the primary/secondary level, and you’re able to make complex Science concepts digestible for students. Added bonus if you are studying Science at the university level.
• Prior Teaching Experiences: You should have some experiences in teaching, not strictly limited to Science - be it professional experience (e.g. teaching in MOE schools, learning centres or private tuition) OR volunteering (e.g. coaching kids in after-school care centres).

Good to have:

• A Positive, Confident & Engaging Personality: You need to be comfortable engaging students within a group setting, and be able to infuse joy and fun in your lessons.
• A Clear Resolve for Success: You’re committed to mastering content taught to you, and you constantly strive to develop your arsenal of skills to help students. About the role:

As a Senior Game Designer, you have experience with all elements of free to play (F2P) mobile game development, from pre-production through live ops.

You have experience with all areas of design, including gameplay, systems, and economy. You have an acute awareness of F2P mobile games and understand how design can maximise results while ensuring a focus on the player experience. 

You are someone who excels in a creative environment and someone who enjoys working with accomplished people on outstanding products.

What You Can Expect To Work On

• Design compelling games of skill that appeal to a modern mobile audience.
• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for F2P games.
• Use an iterative, data-driven approach to design games.
• Create and validate detailed design specifications, with supporting data and documentation.
• Clearly communicate every detail of the game’s design to the team.
• Maintain regular feedback channels to keep the team unblocked and aligned.
• Improving designs based on playtests, game metrics, team input and community feedback.

• Experience: 5+ years leading design teams with experience delivering high-quality experiences on mobile.
