What a Manager, Products and Solutions does at Visa:

Visa is looking for a talented individual that bring understanding of UI/UX design, Solution Architecture to capture the voice of the customer into the design and guide the development for new payment flows. You will have direct responsibility on Program Management for both Globally and Regionally built products and support the roll out of this from pilot to general availability.

As a natural collaborator, you will develop a network of key cross functional stakeholders across the region including various product teams, sales, client support and work directly with clients and implementation partners to expand the usage of Visa’s Commercial Capabilities. Main Duties & Responsibilities Includes:

Strategy / Research

• Stay abreast and share current market/ industry trends, audience insights and new innovations in marketing initiatives/ platforms
• Proactively come up with ideas/ ‘different ways in’ to challenge the status quo of our marketing & content efforts to ensure we are being bold, creative, innovative and effective in our approach

Digital & Social Media Management

• Be familiar with Product Design – UI/UX (including Research Design and Wireframing Prototype)
• Assist with the creative/ content maintenance and update of our Corporate Website
• Develop angles, ideas and create content (social posts, videos) to sit on our owned platforms; Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
• Confident with use of video content for digital strategy: Conceptualisation to videography
