Job Description

Tasks

• Develop the Porsche retail network strategy in terms of modern luxury, focusing on Porsche Studio, Porsche NOW, Porsche Brand Store and similar boutique-style brand- and retail establishments within the Asia-Pacific region.
• Identify network potentials relating to improvements of existing facilities, new retail formats, and network growth.
• Localise and implement the global corporate architecture guidelines as well as sustainability strategy in coordination with counterparts at headquarters ensuring a brand-adequate and future-proof retail representation across Asia Pacific.
• Guide and support as department/importer key account for the local market, the Porsche Studio Singapore in terms of a best in class retail experience, provide suggestions and support in the further development of customer facing retail establishments.
• With the support of a regional architect, provide consultancy to our regional partners, identifying solutions and defining guardrails for all Porsche retail construction projects in Asia Pacific.
• Manage in collaboration with the Specialist/Manager Retail Development the agency accounts, budgets, and deliverables of all regional retail development projects and support cross-functional pilot projects and initiatives.

• University degree in business administration or other relevant degrees
• Previous working experience in business development, sales, and marketing or related business area preferred
• Experience in premium automotive and/or luxury retail beneficial
• Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills
• Well-established project management and reporting skills, with high proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Willingness to work in a multicultural environment and to travel within the Asia Pacific region

Tasks

• Lead and coordinate major strategic, cross-functional market development projects within Porsche Asia Pacific’s core business of vehicle sales and after sales from stakeholder management through to operational execution
• Manage the agency accounts, budgets and deliverables for all Porsche business projects and processes and identify, adapt and establish optimisation processes within the regional dealer network
• Support and further develop local assembly in consideration of the regional network, growth and business potentials
• Foster cross-departmental collaboration at Porsche Asia Pacific and in connection with headquarters, and support internal change management enabling a seamless strategy implementation
• Identify, prioritise, adapt and establish optimisation processes, best practices and cross-functional synergies at Porsche Asia Pacific and in connection with headquarters as well as other subsidiaries

• Oversee the management of the company’s DTC e-commerce platform via Shopify
• Manage the company’s selling presence on international Amazon marketplaces
• Execute in-market campaigns with distribution partners & retailers
• Work with content creators and media to conceptualise & publish features
• Create & optimise paid advertising campaigns in-house and via agency
• Design & manage regular email marketing campaigns
• Analyse & report on marketing data via digital marketing platforms
• Collaborate closely with international teams in US and Turkey
• Take on various ad hoc projects in marketing partnerships, media collaboration, and other key areas as assigned by manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline
• At least 2 years of work experience in a marketing-related role
• Candidates with strong Digital Marketing skills (social media/influencer marketing, marketing automation, digital advertising) would have an added advantage
• Business acumen and ability to understand commercial concepts
• Self-starter with a strong desire to learn
• Action oriented with the ability to multitask
