Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, stock tracking, and ensuring efficient space utilization.
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for accurate and efficient inventory management.
• Manage logistics and transportation operations, including coordinating shipments, delivery schedules, and ensuring timely distribution.
• Collaborate with carriers and suppliers to optimize delivery routes and reduce transportation costs.
• Lead and supervise a team of warehouse and logistics staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Implement and manage process improvements, leveraging technology and data analysis for optimized logistics performance.
• Oversee accurate and timely completion of logistics documentation, such as shipping records, invoices, and compliance reports.

Job Qualification:

• Diploma or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years in warehouse and logistics management, preferably in a high-volume environment.
• Proficient in inventory management systems and logistics software.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients and counterparts.

A team player to join and support trust relationship managers in daily administration of trust mandates.

· Assist the trust relationship managers in the daily administration of the trust mandates, including but not limiting to

- Processing of the bank account opening documents, credit facilities, insurance transfer/purchase documents

- Processing of distribution requests, including name screening.

- Preparing of trustee and company minutes and resolutions where required

· Updating of records in trust system and upkeeping good accurate records of trust relevant parties information as well as trusts and/or company activities

· Assist and support in trust review preparation (if call for), review of trust deeds, letter of wishes, fees etc if required for BAU processing

Job Description Summary

PRUShield Claims recovery is a key initiative for the Medical Portfolio Management team. It is the process of assisting customers in submitting claims to a third-party insurer. This role includes reaching out to customers via 2-way sms, follow up calls with customers and to follow through with the collation of medical receipts and report on behalf of the customer. The medical documentation is submitted to customer’s HR department and the team will complete the process by following through with the group insurers.

The primary objective of this role is to assist customers and financial consultants with the recovery process. In addition, the specialist must create awareness of the benefits of submitting a recovery claim.

Job Description

Objectives for Medical Services Specialist

• Reporting to Medical Services Consultant, you will conduct daily outbound calls to customers and promote the benefits of a recovery claim.
• Achieve performance targets set, which include daily call productivity, contact rate, and success rate.
• Provide assistance to walk-in customers which will be based at our concierge offices/ counters located offsite in our private partner hospitals on PRUShield claims related enquiries including advice on third party recovery and its benefits.
• Collect the patient consent forms of customers who have been admitted to our partner hospitals.
• Reach out to customers who have given their consented to be contacted to offer assistance with claims and also issue transportation vouchers who qualify.

Role & Responsibilities

• Ensure SOP are followed when handling outbound and inbound calls to customers at all times.
• Daily reporting to Medical Services Consultant on call activity and outcomes. Provide end to end support for each case handled.
• Ability to assist customers on their recovery claims process.
• Reply to emails related to claims recovery and concierge services and answer hotline calls.
• Attend service and product trainings or any other trainings as and where required.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures for customer data privacy and protection.
• Provide Team Lead with feedback from customers and financial consultants.
• Adhere to company’s code of conduct.
• Provide on-site concierge services at private panel hospital
• Achieve PRUShield Recovery performance targets set; which include daily call productivity, contact rate, and success rate.

KPIs

You will be required to:

• Make 20-30 outbound calls daily
• Meet the set target for submission of claims to third party insurers
• Meet the set target for recovery payments received from third party insurers
• Attend to calls and emails pertaining to third party recovery and concierge matters within the agreed TATs

Qualifications / Criteria

• Friendly, proactive and service oriented individual.
• Team player and enjoys being in a target driven team.
• Two years’ experience with outbound or in-bound call centre environment.
• One to two years’ experience in integrated shield or life insurance preferred.
• Poly diploma, GCE A level or relevant work experience.
• Life insurance qualifications – Certificate in Life & Health Insurance.

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Architect with extensive experience in OutSystems to join our team working on a key project for a client. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining the technical architecture for an enterprise-grade OutSystems application, ensuring stability, scalability, and adherence to best practices. You will collaborate closely with the Project Manager and Solution Architect to deliver a robust and reliable solution tailored to the client's unique requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Design and oversee the technical architecture for OutSystems applications, ensuring alignment with the project’s goals and Government standards.
2) Implement OutSystems installations on both on-premise and cloud environments, ensuring optimal configuration and performance.
3) Work closely with the Project Manager to align technical deliverables with project milestones and ensure timely delivery.
4) Collaborate with the Solution Architect to maintain the integrity of the solution design and support architectural decisions.
5) Lead at least one full platform version upgrade, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal impact on operations.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and best practices.
6) Engage with Government stakeholders as needed, understanding their requirements and translating them into technical specifications.

Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years working with OutSystems, with a strong background in technical architecture and system design. Not just a developer but having experience more on OutSystems architecture, version upgrade, migration etc

Technical Skills:
1) Proven experience with OutSystems architecture, including installations in both on-premise and cloud environments.
2) Familiarity with LifeTime and experience managing applications and environments using the tool (bonus).
3) Demonstrated experience performing at least one platform version upgrade for OutSystems.
Industry Knowledge: Prior experience working on Government projects or within the Public Sector (preferred).
4) Certification in OutSystems is an advantage.
5) Familiarity with security and compliance standards in Government projects is a plus.
