• At least 1 year of relevant Finance/accounting experience

Responsibilities

• Obtaining information from donors / team members, data entry of donor particulars, and issuance of tax deduction receipts / thank you letters to donors.
• Reconciliation of bank statements, petty cash balance and stock of groceries / vouchers
• Preparation of payment vouchers and other finance-related matters
• Maintaining proper filing of finance and admin records to facilitate year-end audit process
• General office admin work such as facilities management (e.g. follow-up with air-con servicing and pest control vendors), office supplies (e.g. stock-take and ordering new supplies)

• Prepare drawing submissions to all authority departments
• Coordinate on matters relating to code compliance
• Inspect all drawings for code compliance, drafting standards and plan presentations before submission to authorities and provide advice to colleagues on non-compliance
• Attend site/TOP inspections to ensure work site is compliant with and built according to approved plans
• Liaise with consultants and authorities on all matters relating to code compliance
• Assist in preparation and checking of drawings for buildability and coordination with consultants;
• Conversant in statutory code and requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Civil & Structural / Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge in Revit
• Knowledge in preparation of drawings for construction and submission to local authorities.
• Proficiency in BIM & CAD operation
• Registered RTO with BCA / IES / ACES
• Able to commence immediately or within short notice
• 6 month contract for a start and possibile to extend thereafter
