The Hwei-Ee Tan lab studies the fundamental biological basis of “gut-feelings”, how bacteria in the gut signals to the host to influence physiology and behaviour. Using mice as a mammalian model, the lab investigates how diet and microbiome factors modulates host phenotypes (e.g. food reward, anxiety behaviours, etc). Role Summary

· Lead and manage Data, and AI Consulting projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery within budget and timeline constraints.

· Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and challenges and develop AI strategies and roadmaps to address their needs.

· Identify and evaluate Data transformation opportunities within client organisations to enable them to be AI-ready, conducting feasibility studies and assessing potential risks and benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize data models, including creating custom dimensions, hierarchies, and mapping business requirements to the model.

• Develop and design input and output forms for web forms to generate financial reports.

• Responsible for preparing picking slips for production (Allocating materials & machines, printing & passing of picking slips to production

Inventory:

• Liaise with Export team to ensure smooth delivery/collection of export orders
• Liaise with Import team to ensure smooth stock in of import orders
• Ensure the materials in the warehouse are well maintained and properly stocked.
• Responsible for mid-year & year end stock take and occasional random inventory checks
• Preparing of transfer form for material movement between warehouses

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications and experience:

• ITE / Diploma / Degree Holder in Engineering
• At least 2 years of related experience of relevant production planning and control experience in fast paced environments.
• Good command of English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese Counterpart (speaking, listening, reading and writing)
• ISO related knowledge will be advantageous
