Strategic planning & business management
ยท Development of appropriate KPI management scheme for each commercial segment and monitor & manage the progress of KPIs.
ยท Issue-analysis to assist CEO / COO for key business judgement.
ยท Lead and facilitate Corporate Planning Committee.
ยท Facilitate key business meeting such as BOD together with other management members
Procurement & Market Strategy
ยท Development of new route to procurement & market
ยท Ensure development and propose to management Commercial Policies, Trade Terms and Customer Plans.
ยท Ensures development of National standard of Building block KPIs by Channel
ยท Assesses market opportunities and recommend NPD and strategy changes as necessary to meet sales objectives.
Budget, Objectives and Sales Forecast
ยท Proposes sales volume, value and profitability targets for budget.
ยท Allocate volume target and trade spending to customers and clearly communicate with Distributors.
ยท Ensures development of annual and monthly sales activity and marketing support plan (Canvas, monthly highlights), including support for new initiatives launches.
Customer plans and sales development
ยท Coordinates with the distributor, the implementation of the Sales Plan, ensuring the achievement of sales volume and growth objectives.
ยท Monitors continuously the marketplace and Customers to determine possible market opportunities and improvement of market penetration of Company's products.
Risk Management
Minimum Requirements
1) Good degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, or related certification from a reputable university.
2) Skills and experience to manage business as a high-level management member.
3) Min.10 years of leadership roles in Sugar Industry and excellent skill for sugar trading including futures trading.
4) Excellent global network in the industry, including but not limited to traders, suppliers, customers and distributors.
5) Experience in managing a trading team, making clear and realistic vision and strategy, setting and monitoring proper KPIs to lead the team based on expert skillset.
6) Advanced skills for investment (M&A etc), including valuation, due diligence, negotiation and other related execution process.
7) General management skills, including but not limited to accounting, finance, and governance to assist managements (CEO/CFO etc) for smoother communication with both local and overseas HQ.
8) Fluent in English. Knowledge of Japanese is an added advantage.
